Nurse Blake
Hi! Here's a little bit about me, combining my passion for nursing and comedy to create a positive disruption in the nursing space. With a decade of experience at Level 1 trauma centers across the country, I've seen it all and found the humor in it!
My Story
My nursing journey includes roles in Surgical ICU, Liver Transplant, Pulmonary Step Down, Care Coordination, and Injury Prevention.
I'm also a touring comedian, having performed over 207 comedy shows for an audience of over 250,000 nurses worldwide. My favorite part is seeing nurses of all ages in the audience laughing together and relating to the same things.
Nursecon at Sea
In an effort to continue to bring the nursing community together, Nurse Blake founded NurseCon at Sea, The Ultimate Nursing Conference. NurseCon at Sea offers CNE courses, events, activities, parties, and more! In its first year, NurseCon at Sea sold out in minutes! Now, NurseCon at Sea is one of the largest nursing conferences in the country with over 4,000 participants.
